In his prime, Mike Tyson faced some of the most formidable opponents in the Heavyweight division. Hence, technique apart, it required him to undertake a punishing physical regimen to condition his body. Though it’s nearly two decades since he retired, many fans who frequently view Tyson’s old training videos believe that the standard he set for himself in those days is way above the reach of even modern-day boxers. Reportedly, even during the prison term in the nineties, he maintained a very demanding fitness routine to keep himself ready for upcoming bouts.

Boxing Classic TV shared a collage of two pictures of Mike Tyson’s before and after looks. One when he was nineteen years old and the other when he was fifty-four. Despite the difference of thirty-five years, his ripped physique hit most fans and followers like a ton of bricks.
