Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson was a huge fight that even the most sporadic MMA fans might know of. After a lot of back and forth, along with the MMA veterans questioning the age gap between the fighters, the bout took place on November 15, 2024, at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, and streamed live only on Netflix. Tyson, even at 58, gave ‘The Problem Child’ a run for his money; after all, he is considered one of the greatest in boxing history. However, Paul won via unanimous decision as the judges scored the match in favor of Paul.
Nonetheless, the payment was pretty huge for both of them as ‘Iron’ Mike Tyson received $20 million and Paul received a whopping $40 million for the fight. Their ages and fortunes might not be the same, but when it comes to spending, it? The duo is pretty similar.
Tyson decided to spend his fortune on a mega mansion worth $13 million in Florida, as well as a plot of land nearby at a local airstrip. As per Marca.com, the property is a 12,286-square-foot estate near the ocean with six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. It is in the only private community of Tierra del Ray Estates. When it was under construction, the property was initially recorded at $17 million.

And what about Jake Paul’s luxurious expenditure? As per TMZ Sports, Paul has decided to buy a 5,7000-acre property in Decatur County for his thriving business deals. The area has a $42 million cost, and as per TMZ, the Youtuber/ Boxer does not mean to move into the place but the property does have a lodge, manager’s house, guest house, horse barn, duck pond, and a 200-foot bluff overlooking Lake Seminole.

But his business ventures and financial goals do not end here. He is slated to fight Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. in June. He is also engaged to speed skating celebrity Jutta Leerdam, so life is pretty amazing for him, right?
What’s your perspective on:
Can Jake Paul actually stand a chance against Anthony Joshua, or is he biting off more than he can chew?

Jake Paul has more goals to fulfill
He is not only fighting Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. next, but he has decided to try his luck and lure in Canelo Alvarez, Gervonta Davis, and Anthony Joshua into a megafight. ‘El Gallo’ tried to finalize his deal with the Alvarez. However, the latter chose to fight William Scull and Terence Crawford later this year.

While talking in his podcast recently, the 28-year-old declared that he had finalized a fight against Joshua, whom Paul was determined to defeat. After the show ended, Paul and Joshua apparently were on call and agreed to fight in 2026. Eddie Hearn, who is Joshua’s promoter, also said that the two-time heavyweight champion is ready for the clash.
But as per talkSPORT, ex-European bantamweight champ Spencer Oliver is not on board with this idea because he thinks that Joshua “will lose all credibility” if he agrees. What do you think? Will Jake Paul and Joshua go through with this fight? Why do you think Paul bought such a huge land? Share your thoughts below.
