On April 15, two of the world’s best lightweights of recent times, Ryan Garcia and Gervonta Davis will lock horns inside the ring. While Garcia has reigned among others the WBC Silver Light and Interim Lightweight titles, Davis possesses the WBA World Lightweight title in boxing. Both fighters are undefeated and are at the peak of their careers inscribing respective legacies. Now that Garcia vs Davis is finally confirmed and close to coming to fruition on April 15th, Jake Paul predicted Garcia’s fate against Davis.

In one of his Instagram Stories, ‘The Problem Child’, answering who he got between Garcia and Davis, replied that he picked Ryan Garcia for the win. Jake Paul’s view is synonymous with Oscar De La Hoya who earlier predicted, for his boy Garcia, “an obvious win”. Not only did Paul believe that Garcia will win, he even declared the fashion in which he saw Garcia conquer Davis.

In an impressive observation given through statistics, Garcia has won 82.61% of his fights via knockout in pro boxing. Whereas, Davis, as registered on BoxRec, has 92.86% of his fights ending with a knockout victory to his credits! Despite that, Garcia is taller and subsequently enjoys a better reach.

According to Jake Paul, irrespective of what Davis has done in boxing, Garcia will knock ‘Tank’ out in April. On January 8, 2023, ‘The Problem Child’ declared that “Ryan Garcia will knock Gervonta Davis out” in a tweet.

However, after defeating Hector Luis Garcia, Davis responded to Paul’s prediction for April 15. At the post-fight conference of Luis Garcia vs. Davis, ‘Tank’ branded both Paul and Garcia as clowns. “Jake Paul is a clown, and Ryan is a bigger clown. Tell him to get ready,” said Davis.
