Youtuber turned boxer Jake Paul was supposed to go up against Tommy Fury on August 6th. But the latter pulled out of the fight, and Hasim Rahman Jr. came as a replacement. But even that match up did not reach its fruition. Following that, Paul finally got a potential contender for a fight.
Paul recently stated, “Even with Anderson Silva, there was like five different points to make the fight happen. I just agreed to all of them, because I’m confident in my ability. We gave him exactly what he wanted to get paid. We gave him the bigger ring, you know the list goes on. We gave him the exact amount of time that he needed to train. He said he needed this many months, okay cool, we’ll give you this many months. I don’t care, let’s just fu**ing fight.”
Apparently, the Ohio native stated that he agreed to all the terms that Silva put forth, and now finally they will be seen facing each other. As Silva has considerably more experience than Paul, fans are hoping he will end Paul’s undefeated streak. The Youtuber’s youth and athleticism, meanwhile, could cause issues for the Brazilian.

Silva said, “People think the money is important, but it’s not. I don’t need it anymore. Sure, I’ll make some money with the fight, because it’s my job. Don’t do something just for the money, though. Work because you’re passionate about it. That’s what I did and that’s why I’ve been successful my whole life.”
