On March 2nd, on the undercard of Amanda Serrano vs. Nina Meinke, Jake Paul will return to the ring after his December victory against Andre August. While Serrano will have her Undisputed Featherweight title on the line, Paul is yet to reveal the fighter he will square off against.

However, at the recent press conference for Serrano vs. Meinke in Puerto Rico, the 27-year-old won hearts as he made a huge announcement, promising to renovate more gyms for the youth. As per his statements, Paul’s upcoming fight is going to be nothing short of a charity.

Jake Paul to donate his entire purse from his upcoming fight

Last year, Jake Paul’s non-profit organization ‘Boxing Bullies’ partnered with the WBO to renovate several gyms in the US and Puerto Rico. The objective of this partnership was to fight bullying by promoting boxing among youth. Currently, for Jake Paul, the “mission keeps on getting bigger“. Likewise, ahead of his 10th appearance in the professional ring, ‘The Problem Child’ announced he would donate his entire fight purse from his upcoming bout via ‘Boxing Bullies’. “We’re going to continue to renovate more gyms,” announced Paul

“I’m actually going to donate my entire fight purse to ‘Boxing Bullies’ to renovate more gyms in Puerto Rico,” Paul added at the press conference of Serrano vs. Meinke. Following Jake’s statements, his manager Nakisa Bidarin lauded ‘The Problem Child’ too. In his opinion, it is commendable that Paul, 27, is doing as much as possible to give back to the people.

This young man, turned 27 yesterday. He was filming with Amanda all day long. And he said to me last night, ‘I wanna donate my entire purse and do more for the youth on this island to experience boxing the right way’. So, thank you, Jake,” said Bidarin proudly. Not only Bidarin but Paul’s fans have been also touched by this act of generosity.

‘The Problem Child’ wishes to impact the world positively

With a partnership between ‘Boxing Bullies’ and the WBO, Jake Paul hopes that he would help the youth become more disciplined and respectful to one another. Likewise, by renovating gyms in the US and Puerto Rico, ‘The Problem Child’ believes he will eventually leave a healthy impact on the world. “What draws us to this sport is not just the boxing, it’s about using the discipline and skills you learn in the ring to become a better person and make a positive impact in the world,” said Paul at the time of his collaboration with the WBO.
