Jake Paul Makes a Sly Dig at Brother Logan Paul- States He’s ‘Carrying the Weight of the Family’

Jake Paul, who is just 10 days away from his rematch against Tyron Woodley, appeared on the ‘Impaulsive’ podcast to talk about his fight, training, and Tommy Fury pulling out of their fight.

At the start of the podcast, a shirtless Logan Paul entered the set and told the co-hosts, along with Jake Paul, to start the podcast. Co-host Mike Majlak then spoke about Logan Paul and said he hasn’t trained in a long time. He asked ‘The Problem Child’, “Do you think that you are finally surpassed Logan Paul in terms of global importance?” 

‘The Problem Child’ replied, saying, “I’m definitely carrying the weight of the Paul family, for sure. I mean, but this is sort of my year. Like, it is what it is, but yeah, like the answer is yeah, for sure.”

“I mean, I’m just going back to back with these super big promotions and billboards and sh*t all over cities and commercials on TV. I mean the answers yeah, I’m not tryna be like a d**k or anything.”

Well, in the present scenario, it does seem like the younger Paul brother is stealing all the headlines. As he will enter the ring for the third time, it is clear that he will continue to dominate headlines. Talking about his latest fight, let’s take a look at Paul’s reaction to Tommy Fury pulling out.

Jake Paul calls Tommy Fury an ’embarrassment’

Jake Paul was looking to fight his first ‘real’ opponent in Tommy Fury. A win over Fury would have legitimized Paul’s switch from being a YouTuber to becoming a professional boxer. Unfortunately, a broken rib and a chest infection forced Fury to pull out of the fight. However, Jake Paul didn’t take too kindly to this and reacted to Tommy Fury pulling out of their December 18 fight in Tampa Bay.

Paul did not hold back when he spoke to Sky Sports. He said, “For the Fury’s, it’s an embarrassment. They said: ‘We’d fight Jake with a broken rib, with our arms tied behind our backs’. When it came down to fighting, they pulled out.”
