However, there’s an added reason why ‘The Problem Child’ is pushing his limits to become a boxer. The 24-year-old currently holds a 4-0 professional run, with zero pro-boxers in his resume.

But Paul has already beaten two former UFC fighters in the boxing ring and that’s quite a start to his career, at least financially. After seeing legitimate success in his social media career, Paul’s boxing journey has blessed him with lucrative paydays and he is already a multi-millionaire.

However, he is still not close to seeing the similar financial success that the A-listed pugilists like Floyd Mayweather or Canelo Alvarez have witnessed. And Jake Paul clearly wants to relish the same. Ahead of his re-match against Woodley, Paul explained how finances drive him to dig deep.

In a Showtime feature, Jake Paul said, “The Woodley fight left me with a ego check and I realized I have a lot of fundamentals and things to work on. I can make 250 million dollars from this sport, all I gotta do is keep winning. I would be an idiot to let this slip through my hands, to fumble this bag.”

After knocking out his first three opponents, Paul came close to being stopped in his fourth fight. But he revived himself en route to vanquishing ex-UFC champion Tyron Woody via decision. But the flaws in Paul’s game were pretty clear and the rematch shall demand a lot more from him.

How much money can Jake Paul earn from the Tyron Woodley re-match?

Jake Paul spun around $4 million in his last outing against Tyron Woodley, in August. He received a guaranteed $1.5 million with 70% PPV shares. The rematch is expected to generate more money and we can expect Jake Paul to make somewhere around $5 million from the fight. The same goes for Tyron Woodley, who will receive back-to-back biggest paychecks of his combat career.
