There have been fresh developments regarding Jake Paul vs Hasim Rahman Jr. as the Problem Child leaked details about a conversation he had with his next opponent. Paul gave us some details about the confrontation between the two as he posted a video of a sparring session from 2 years ago, along with a poster for the fight.

In the caption, Paul mentions he wanted to fight Rahman since their alteration 2 years ago. “I’ve wanted this fight ever since Hasim ran his big mouth to me 2 years ago in the gym.” He wrote. And now it looks like we can finally know what Rahaman said to the Ohio-based boxer.

Paul posted a story on his Instagram handle and revealed the conversation he had with Rahman Jr. He wrote, “Funny how life works: 2 years ago when Hasim and I sparred, he told me I would never become a real professional fighter.” Moreover, he also had a stern warning for the heavyweight boxer ahead of their fight: “Now August 6th we get to see who the REAL professional is.” He added.

Paul has already revealed that there has been bad blood between the two since their confrontation 2 years ago when Rahman was helping The Problem Child in his fight against former NBA player Nate Robinson.

Is Hasim Rahman Jr. the toughest opponent for Jake Paul?

Hasim Rahman Jr is an American boxer fighting in the heavyweight division and is the son of former professional boxer Hasim Rahman. He made his debut back in 2017 and has a record of 12-1, suffering the only loss of his career in his previous fight against James McKenzie Morrison back in April. On paper, this certainly looks like the toughest challenge of Paul’s career, however, Paul has proved several times that he thrives in the underdog role.

Paul will put his undefeated record of 5-0 on the line against the heavyweight and we will find on August 6th if The Problem Child can keep it that way. It looks like Paul is confident that he will be the victor in their upcoming fight, however, this might not be as easy for The Problem Child as Rahman will certainly look to beat Paul.
