When it comes to teasing the fans, no one does it better than Jake Paul. ‘The Problem Child’ has been hyping up his comeback to the squared circle for the past few days. He last fought against Mike Tyson on November 15, 2024, in one of the most watched yet controversial fights of the year.

On Saturday, his fight company Most Valuable Promotions teased a comeback fight for ‘El Gallo’ in 2025 on their ‘X’ account. Fans also expected a huge announcement from the YouTuber-turned-boxer, and their wish came true when ‘El Gallo posted about his comeback on ‘X’. However, things immediately boomeranged as the 27-year-old deleted the post immediately, leaving everyone perplexed.

Jake Paul takes a U-turn on his return

On Tuesday, Jake Paul took to his ‘X’ and wrote, “Today,” in a now-deleted tweet, claiming that he will make his comeback announcement soon. The tweet got an immediate response from the fans as everyone started speculating who would be his next opponent. Many fans speculated the opponent to be Tommy Fury, as the duo has been teasing a rematch ever since Paul’s fight against Mike Tyson.

However, all the speculations collapsed when Jake Paul deleted the tweet almost immediately without any explanation. Fans were left perplexed as the prominent ‘X’ page Boxing Kingdom informed the fans about what had just gone down. 

While many fans are expecting Paul’s upcoming fight to be against Tommy Fury or even Conor McGregor, another UFC star has tossed his hat into the circle, showing interest in fighting El Gallo.

Darren Till follows up on an impressive debut

The former UFC star made an impressive boxing debut with a one-sided victory over Misfits regular Anthony Taylor. After the fight, ‘The Gorilla’ issued an unofficial challenge to Misfits co-owner KSI. However, disappointment paved when the rapper chose former Chelsea star Wyane Bridge instead of him.

Shrugging the disappointment aside, Darren Till set his sights on Jake Paul and called the latter out in an audacious way. On Monday, prominent boxing page IFN took to their ‘X’ to post a fantasy Misfits vs MVP boxing event card headlined by Till and Paul.

Till reacted to the post and replied, “I win inside of 4 rounds,” claiming that The Problem Child won’t even go to distance against him. While Till has created a stir among combat sports fans, there has been no retaliation from the former YouTuber.

However, we will get another announcement from Paul soon, which might explain why he deleted the tweet and we can only wait till then.
