On April 17, Jake Paul terrified his long-time nemesis, Ben Askren, in their proficient boxing bout. This fight already had the attention of the entire world and certainly stayed true to its hype.

Paul couldn’t defeat Ben Askren in the trash talk game and overall buildup of the fight. However, he responded with his performance and shut the former UFC welterweight in this clash, but it seems the feud between ‘The Problem Child’ and Ben Askren isn’t over yet.

In a conversation with Max Kellerman, the YouTuber turned boxer painted wild verbal hits at his foe again.

He said, “I mean, I’m embarrassed for him. That was awful. He came in unprepared and I said it in the weigh-ins the day before, ‘you, my friend, are underestimating me’ and it was very, very unprofessional the way he came in.”

The April 17 bout was the first time that Paul was facing someone from the actual fight world. Many expected ‘Funky’ to dispatch him easily, but the 24-year-old’s skillsets were too much to handle for Askren.

In the above interview, ‘The Problem Child’ even asserted that he showcased enough power to batter ‘Funky‘ to the pulp. Yet, he feels the fans won’t credit him for the prowess and power he brings into all his fights.
