The ‘Hawk Tuah’ girl is becoming a rage on the internet. When it comes to overnight virality, she has appeared to have scaled Mount Olympus. Who knew that an ordinary man-on-the-street interview posted on the YouTube channel Tim & Dee TV would be getting over 3 million views? Safe to say, there is no rhyme or rhythm to what might be picked up by the YouTube algorithm, and as a consequence bolstered into stardom. But, who is the ‘Hawk Tuah’ girl? The girl in question Hailey Welch was asked a salacious question by a vox-popper: “What’s one move in bed that makes a man go crazy every time?” Her response set the tone for all the viral memes currently on the internet. “You gotta give ’em that ‘hawk tuah’ and spit on that thang,” she exclaimed in her southern accent. Riding on the wave of her new-found fame, she sat down for an interview with the popular YouTube channel Plan Bri Uncut to discuss life after the video went viral.
At the end of the segment, the interviewer Brianna Lapaglia played a fun game with Welsh called “hawk tuah or not?”. And low and behold, Jake Paul, the internet sensation’s name was mentioned. But, was Paul “hawk tuah” approved? Regardless, the Ohio-born native’s response would tickle your funny bone.

At around the 10-minute and thirty-second mark of the podcast interview, Lapaglia floated the idea of the game in which Welch was more than happy to participate. “I have a game that I want to play with you guys. It’s called “hawk tuah or not?” and you tell me if you want to hawk tuah on that thang or not.”After going over country singer Morgan Wallen, former professional NFL player Antonio Brown, and US President Donald Trump, it was Jake Paul’s turn for the”hawk tuah” test, and he passed with flying colors!
Without hesitation, Welch boldly said, “I’mma have to say, Hawk!”
Now, a guy who could probably write a bible on how to go viral wasn’t going to miss out on the opportunity to respond to Welch’s comment. In his response video, Paul reminded the ‘Hawk Tuah’ girl that he had a girlfriend but gave her a hilarious alternative. In a video posted by his company Betr on X, Paul could be seen panning the camera onto his “friends” who had all worn identical wigs and fake beards to look like Jake Paul. A gesture of goodwill perhaps! What a joke, indeed!
“Uh, I have a girlfriend but my friends are interested and they look just like me,” Paul said in his dead-pan style.

For those living under a rock, ‘The Problem Child’ made his relationship with Dutch speed skater Jutta Leerdam public in April 2023, and since then they have been going strong. Let’s just say Paul’s answer to the “hawk tuah” test was carefully answered to avoid domestic issues.
Moving on to his professional career, some of you might wonder when Jake Paul will make his MMA debut, considering he signed a deal with the PFL last year. Well, Paul’s business partner has recently given an update.

It will be a big leap of faith taken by Paul. The majority of MMA fans would like to see him in the cage for once after he had beaten legends of the sport like Ben Askren, Tyron Woodley, Anderson Silva, and Nate Diaz in a boxing fight. On top of that, Many current-generation elite male boxers might want to switch to MMA after gauging Paul’s performance in the SmartCage.
But, at the moment, it is still in a speculative stage with no concrete date or venue in sight for Paul’s mixed martial arts debut.
