Unfortunately, the million-dollar bet fell through and didn’t hold up as the British Promoter backed out. According to Paul, Hearn told him the day before the fight that he couldn’t go through with the bet due to some legal issues. However, fans shouldn’t lose hope as Paul further added that the two promoters will figure something out and make this bet happen for a noble cause. He said, “We are gonna try to figure some bet out to help charity but we are gonna figure that out behind the scenes.”
