What is Jake Paul thinking? Is he scared? While the American fighter himself debates the claim and thumps his chest with a proclamation to win the fight with a knockout, oddsmakers have a different look on the fight now. It seems Mike Tyson has the edge, both psychologically and on the books.
Tyson, 58, and Paul, 27, will fight it out at AT&T Stadium on November 15. But the fight has split the fans in two as they continue to debate the fight’s outcome. In the lead-up to the fight, Jake Paul was the heavy favorite on all the betting charts with Mike Tyson trailing as the underdog. However, as the fight inches closer, the odds of ‘Problem Child’ winning the fight are shrinking, as the fans and pros are siding with the former world champion. The same is now suggested by the Polymarket.
Polymarket shared an interesting trend on its X handle. The post’s caption read, “Jake Paul’s odds are falling. Does he look scared?” Notably, Paul’s odds have dipped 5.50% in one hour and now stand at 57%.

A further dip could be expected as the fight comes closer and both fighters walk to the center of the ring. The perception has changed significantly, especially after ‘Iron Mike’ slapped Paul at the weigh-ins. The visuals soon flooded the internet and shifted the fight’s dynamics. This might have been the reason why Drake put a $335,000 bet on Tyson, at 50-6, to secure the win. However, it didn’t sit well with Logan Paul.

‘Maverick’ lashes out at Drake for going against Jake Paul
The elder of the Paul brothers looked engrossed in the screen when a reporter approached him and asked the reason for it. The WWE star said, “This mother**ker Drake bet $355,000 on Mike Tyson.” Following this, the reporter pointed out that it was “f**ked up,” and he couldn’t agree more. He added, “Extremely.”

Drake’s curious betting history is famous among the fans, as the Canadian singer has a penchant for picking up the wrong side. More often than not, he loses the bet, and the fans have labeled it as a curse. This time, he has decided to side with Tyson, maybe relying on his reputation and power. But fans have raised concerns about the Brooklyn native’s health and age. Meanwhile, there is a significant age difference between him and Paul. So, the odds are stacked against him currently. But interestingly, the odds are also favoring him slightly better now, at least on the books.
