Another day, another Jake Paul controversy. This time, the accusations come from Tommy Fury’s father, John Fury. In an interview with Rob Moore, ‘Gypsy’ John Fury spoke about the bizarre clauses in the contract of the fight. Jake Paul and Tommy Fury are all set to fight each other on December 18 in Tampa Bay, Florida.
Rob Moore asked Fury to talk about ‘some weird stuff in the contract’. Fury replied saying, “Oh, all kinds of stuff in the contract. Like you gotta change your name for a year, you’ve gotta do this, you’ve gotta do that. All rubbish and I could go into it more and more but I don’t wanna bore people with politics.” Fury said.

“He wouldn’t sign up to the VADA testing either. That bothered me a little bit coz I wanted that in the contract. You know, but he wouldn’t do that, but I’m not even bothered about that. Because what they’re gonna do, they’re gonna do anyway.” John Fury is not worried about the Anti Doping tests, as he reveals the reason why Tommy Fury took up the fight.

“We just want the fight coz we know we can win it. You know, people think that Tommy is getting paid to lose, they’re joking. Coz a Fury would rather be put to death with a bullet between his two eyes than go down that road.” Will Tommy Fury be the one that derails the Jake Paul hype train and hand him his first loss?

Tyron Woodley accused Jake Paul of using PEDs
Back in August, just days before their fight, Paul and Tyron ‘The Chosen One’ Woodley sat face-to-face for an interview with Ariel Helwani. During the interview, Woodley asked Jake Paul if he’s taking any PEDs because he had bumps on his face. Paul looked baffled as he took some time to reply to the accusation.

Paul did get tested for his fight against Woodley. However, it was on behalf of the Ohio State Athletic Commission and not the recognized Voluntary Anti-Doping Agency (VADA). Woodley did accuse Paul of using PEDs, or was ‘The Chosen One’ just trying to get into his opponent’s head?
