Self-esteem seems to be in abundance in ‘El Jefe’s’ headspace. The storm is building for the 14th of October, and he thinks he stands in the eye of it. While he plans to take care of ‘Maverick’ inside the ring, he thinks he is the prospect everyone else is chasing. In a conversation with Andrew Schulz on the Flagrant podcast, he floated an argument that casts aspersion on the relationship between the Paul brothers. He insinuated that Jake Paul is in fact banking on his brother’s loss. But it’s not just Jake that is pushing for it. It’s also KSI.

Maverick said, “Jake and KSI are fighting for my rights if I win.” Explaining it further, El Jefe said, “They want it signed so I don’t… KSI doesn’t want me to go to Jake and Jake doesn’t want me to go KSI.”
This prompted a burning question from the podcast host Andrew Schultz, ” Hold on….so, Jake is investing in his brother losing?”
