Weighing exactly 8 lbs heavier than Derek Chisora, 4-year-younger Tyson Fury successfully defended his WBC World Heavyweight title on December 3. Outperforming Chisora for the majority of the bout, ‘The Gypsy King’ won the contest via a TKO in the 10th round. After the fight was over, in a brutally honest statement, Fury admitted that he personally preferred Chisora to retire from professional boxing.

Following his second trilogy victory in recent times, talkSport interviewed ‘The Gypsy King’. On air, Fury spoke about his soreness and the battle scars he received from fighting Derek Chisora on December 3. While everyone listened to him, Tyson Fury disclosed a massive bruise occupying his hip.

‘Fantastic’ Tyson Fury discloses ‘massive’ scar on his hip
Speaking of how he felt after his 34th professional fight, Fury commented by saying, “I’m feeling fantastic. I’m a little bit sore as you would expect.” However, Fury also shed light on a “massive,” wound he gained from his recent fight. “I’ve got a massive bruise on my hip. Derek Chisora really punched me hard like he had the small gloves on,” added Fury.

Fury went on to further show his bruise to those interviewing him. Having disclosed this “massive bruise” on his hip, Fury addressed how hard Derek Chisora hit him.

Fury and Chisora together endeavoured a burger feast after their last fight
Despite being 38 and almost on the verge of retiring, Chisora hit Fury pretty hard in the ring. “How hard did he hit me? Because it went right for a protector, the abdominal protector. I’m gonna show you, check this out,” said Fury, sporting a red and white sweater ahead of Christmas on the 25th.

Fury and Chisora are good friends outside the ring. Reportedly, the two went for an immediate burger feast after their fight. “I want to enjoy this burger, but my f****** jaw is hurting,” said Chisora in front of ‘The Gypsy King’.
