Anthony Joshua has begun his journey to becoming the undisputed heavyweight champion. The current WBA, WBO, IBF, and IBO heavyweight champion of the world will face Oleksandr Usyk for his mandatory title defense on September 25.

The British heavyweight won his titles back from Andy Ruiz Jr. The Mexican was the first person to defeat Joshua. Ruiz stunned the boxing world when he knocked Joshua out. Ruiz got knocked out in the same round before shocking the World champ.

Joshua will be fighting for the first time after successfully winning his belts back. Joshua will not be taking any fighter for granted, especially not the Ukrainian sensation Oleksandr Usyk.

Ahead of his bout on September 25, Anthony ‘AJ’ Joshua took to his Instagram to show his fans what it means for him to fight in London. “So, I’m in the middle of this phenomenal stadium. and I was just thinking to myself, I could end up losing everything. Then I thought to myself, why am I looking at it from that point of view. I should look at it from the point of view, like I got everything to gain.”

“I’m fighting for the heavyweight championship of the world. What happens is that you start accumulating belts, you win, you accumulate supporters and then you start feeling like ahh, don’t wanna lose, don’t wanna let this person down but at the end of the day you got everything to gain and that’s what going to war is about. It’s not what you’re willing to lose, it’s what you’re willing to fight for.”

David Haye predicts Anthony Joshua vs Oleksandr Usyk

The unbeaten Usyk trains alongside ‘The Matrix’ Vasiliy Lomachenko. David Haye has backed his fellow Briton and predicted that Joshua will shock the world and knock Usyk out.

David ‘The Hayemaker’ Haye, who has sparred with the champion before, knows the dangers AJ possesses inside the ring. He predicts that Joshua will go for a methodical approach and use his beautiful jab, height, and reach advantage to systematically dismantle his Ukrainian opponent.
