Fury is currently preparing to fight Derek Chisora for their trilogy showdown. Meanwhile, he recently had his media workout ahead of this upcoming fight. The newly released video showed Fury shadowboxing as his trainer, SugarHill Steward, prepared himself to hold the mitts.

The duo then proceeded to perform a focus mitt drill with Steward trying to sneak in some sly offenses. It should be mentioned that Fury looked extremely fluid and agile for a boxer his size.
