Following his stunning victory over Christian Hammer, BT Sport Boxing caught up with heavyweight contender Joe Joyce. On being informed about the current scenario of heavyweight boxing, and asked about his next possible fight, the following is what Joyce told:

“Next year, maybe there’s gonna be some belts available because they can’t be held for so long. So I’m here, I’m ready, I’m number one. I’m ready to collect the belts when they’re there and fight whoever for them.”
The interviewer further asked Joyce if he would be interested in fighting Tyson Fury‘s recent rival, Dillian Whyte. In response, here is what Joyce revealed.

Tyson Fury’s last fight with Dillian Whyte marked the introduction of the greatest event in the history of British boxing. Although a significant many favored Tyson Fury, considering Whyte had trained with ‘The Gypsy King’ and had himself even been a two-time WBC interim heavyweight champion, The Body Snatcher built a sense of anticipation.
When the BT Sport Boxing’s correspondent inquired about Joyce’s interest in fighting Whyte, this is what ‘Juggernaut’ said:
“Yeah, why not? If he wants to fight me, I’m here. I’m here ready and waiting. It’s juggernaut time.”
