This weekend, former welterweight king, Keith Thurman will step inside the squared circle after more than a two-year gap. He will take on the ex-super-lightweight champ Mario Barrios, in an elite welterweight outing. Thurman waited for a notable opponent for a long time. Also, this fight might take him one step closer to a title fight.

That said, Thurman is already hyped for this contest and he cannot wait to take up the ring space. Also, ‘One Time’ recently reached Las Vegas, as the fight will take place in the Michelob Ultra Arena. Before taking his flight, he dropped a video detailing his excitement.

Keith Thurman last appeared under the big lights against Manny Pacquiao. In this fight, he presented an undefeated record, yet was a heavy underdog. ‘Pac Man’ floored him in the very first round of the fight, however, ‘One Time’ took the fight deep, making no mistakes further.

Regardless of that, he capitulated to a loss via a SD. Since then, Thurman went out of action abruptly, and now his return is slated for this weekend against Barrios, who himself is coming from his first career loss in his last fight.
