Jake Paul has been chasing his next big fight since defeating legendary heavyweight Mike Tyson in November last year. The event generated record-breaking numbers on Netflix while leaving Canelo Alvarez in the dust with its gate revenue. Since then, the Cleveland-born star has been talking with ‘Cinnamon’ for a fight. However, the architect of the Riyadh Season Turki Alalshikh stole the Mexican Superstar right from under Paul’s nose with his four-fight deal leaving Paul frustrated and without an opponent. There were also reports suggesting Paul could have landed an exhibition fight against WBA lightweight champion Gervonta Davis had the Baltimore native defeated Lamont Roach Jr.

But as we all know, those plans went to the gutters. However, there’s one opponent left that has the potential to make Paul the kind of money he is looking for since Tyson. Let’s rewind the clock a little! Back in January, ‘The Problem Child’ teased a fight against his own brother WWE star Logan Paul through social media. However, it later turned out to be a new television reality show instead.

Even though the Paul brothers aren’t fighting anytime soon, it appears they aren’t willing to cut the cord entirely. During an interview with TMZ Sports, the reporter brought up the potential fight between them, highlighting their mother, Pam Stepnick, who “won’t allow it” and asked how much the fight can make. Paul, unwilling to let go of the fight, said,Hundreds of millions. And it’s not up to our mom.”

Logan Paul, who was being interviewed alongside his brother about their reality show, also agreed, hinting at a future where these two brothers can take up the gloves against each other. This means—while not right now, the fight can happen down the line. But the question is, who would win?

Jake Paul remains honest about fighting Logan Paul

Jake Paul remains honest about the possibility of fighting his older brother, Logan Paul, in the boxing ring. Even though the fight announcement turned out to be a reality show, Jake has made it clear he wouldn’t shy away from the matchup. Speaking on the All the Smoke Fight podcast, Jake admitted, “I’m okay with fighting my brother because I wouldn’t have to be the one that dealt with losing. Seriously.”

He added, “Emotionally, if that would scar him, then he shouldn’t do it. But if he’s going to sign up, I don’t have to be the one to lose.” With both men having built high-profile careers, a showdown would draw massive attention. However, when this fight would transpire remains up in the air, as Paul’s recent actions indicate his brother is not next in line for a bout.

It appears that even though a fight between Jake Paul and Logan Paul has been limited to being a remote possibility, neither brother is ready to refuse the chances of it ever happening down the line. Even if it means they have to go against their mother’s wishes. Would you like to see such a fight? Or do you think it will ever happen?
