Trash-talking or beefing with an opponent is almost the norm in boxing. But Dillon Danis took it to a whole new level by dragging in Logan Paul’s fiance. Undeniably, it made the situation way more interesting, as fans can’t wait to see what Logan does in the ring. As if the Twitter feud wasn’t enough, the back and forth during the press conference added a layer of intrigue. With the 14 October bout approaching fast, fans can’t wait to see the two fighters take each other apart in the ring. However, during today’s sit-down, Logan made an offer to Dillon that has fans divided on its legitimacy.

Dillon recently took to X, sharing a clip from the sit-down where Logan promised an MMA rematch if Dillon showed up for the fight. It’s important to note that Dillon has previously canceled a bout against KSI after agreeing to face him in a match. While this might show confidence in winning the fight on Logan’s part, fans don’t believe he would actually do it. Even though Logan is the fan favorite going into the fight, this promise has stirred up a new debate.

Promise from Logan Paul causes a ruckus in the comments

During the sit-down, Logan Paul boldly offered a rematch to Dillon Danis if he showed up to the fight. Soon afterward, Dillon took to X, sharing the clip with the fans. The caption read, “Let’s see if Paul Logan is a man of his word.”

And fans had a mixed reaction to say the least.

One user said, “Make sure he signs a contact and charge a couple mil if he pulls out. He don’t want it, it’s his ego talking.” The user questioned the legitimacy behind the offer and pointed out that Logan said it in the heat of the conversation. It’s worth noting that such claims from Logan aren’t new and can just be a tactic to highlight his confidence.

Another user had the same opinion. The user said, “Aint no way he steppin in the octagon.” Insinuating, Logan is not brave enough to follow up on his offer and have an MMA fight with anyone.

The next user commented with a different angle. The user stated, “Logan is going to win the fight.”  If the history of MMA fighters in boxing is any evidence, the statement from the user might not be wrong. But that doesn’t stop people from wondering otherwise. Like this user, who replied to the above comment with, “No, my money is on @dillondanis.”

While these users were sharing their opinions on the conversation, others commented on Dillon’s behavior during the sit-down. A user claimed, “you can’t even put two words together bro.” This user also shared a clip from the same sit-down, where Dillon seems to be slurring his words.

Akin to the previous comment, this user said, “I’m surprised you even managed to say ‘yea’ without the stutter.” Here, the user is insinuating that Dillon was nervous during the sit-down. 

With just a month left before the fight, each and every appearance from both fighters makes the fight even more intriguing.
