Jermall Charlo extends support to people struggling with problems in the wake of his victory against Jose Benavidez Jr. Besides revealing what people, in general, should do to overcome their obstacles, the WBC Middleweight champion urged people to message him should they need help. In this context, Charlo also announced that he loved his brother Jermell Charlo who might be in need of care and support.
On the other hand, happy to have successfully returned to the sport, the 33-year-old announced his interest in the big fights. Now, as per his statement, it is very likely that Jermall would either face David Benavidez or Canelo Alvarez next.

After the much-needed victory against Jose Benavidez Jr., Jermall Charlo was asked if he had anything to say to people dealing with a problem. In his response, the 33-year-old, who battled issues related to his mental health ahead of the Jose fight, emphasized the need for opening up to a special person who cares. In fact, Charlo even startled everyone present by encouraging them to reach out to him.
“Public, people in the world, human beings, if you have a problem, the best way to overcome is to find that special person and talk to them. Some people, they’re here for you. Person like me, reach out to me, DM me, I might hit you back,” said Charlo who ripped Jose Benavidez for trivializing his mental health issues.
“But, hey, find somebody. Get some help man. It gets dark and it’s real. If y’all talk to my twin brother, tell him I love him. Tell him, I want to fight. Y’all call him for me or whatever, hit him up,” he convincingly added addressing his brother Jermell Charlo who remained absent at Jermall vs. Jose.
Before concluding, Jermall declared that he wanted to continue participating in the big fights and get the show going.
