The star lightweight contender Ryan Garcia was most likely to land one of the toughest fights of his career. Per WBC orders, the 23-year-old is to have an exchange with the Mexican power puncher Isaac Cruz. The fight is going to land exciting anticipation as it got a positive response from fans. Even posters for the fight were out on social media. But it seems that this bout is falling prey to the devil’s eye.

The recent argument put forth by Isaac Cruz’s manager has brooded on dark clouds over this fight. Talking to the media, the manager gave an update. He is of the opinion that there is no surety that this fight will happen.

This news came as a disappointment from Garcia’s aspect. ‘The Flash’ could not control his anger as he took to social media platforms to accuse Cruz’s manager of making excuses.

After sharing the interview of Cruz’s manager on Twitter, Garcia opened up on Instagram.

What did Ryan Garcia say on Instagram?

In a series of Instagram stories, he wrote, “Very frustrated, I’m trying to get this fight done and I see an interview of Isaac Cruz manager making excuses after excuse. Theirs a way and they simply don’t want to do it. I tried to give you guys a fight you wanted, it’s not in my hands anymore. Woof Woof @isaacpitbullcruz.”

Furthermore, ‘KingRy’ put the blame on Mexican ‘Pitbull’. He added, “I couldn’t be more honest with all who follow me! I’m sorry I tried so hard @isaacpitbullcruz can’t handle his own sh*t if he wanted the fight he’d do whatever he can do, remember our managers and promoters work for us at the end of the day no talent no event.”

However, after all this mess, Garcia clarified that he will step into the ring on July 16 in Los Angeles even if ‘Pitbull’ pulls back from the fight.

What did Cruz’s manager say about the fight with Garcia?

Talking to media personnel, Cruz’s manager mentioned that he was not sure about Cruz vs Garcia clash.

He said, “So I’m not sure what’s going to happen but when the time’s right a fight like that will happen.”

According to him, Garcia wanted to take a shot in July, and Cruz wanted that in August. Moreover, he hinted at a rematch between Cruz and southpaw gun Gervonta Davis.
