Is Mike Tyson tarnishing his legacy by supporting Jake Paul? What happened to the legend we admired?

27-year-old Jake Paul put on a show for the fans when he knocked out Mike Perry in their boxing clash. ‘The Problem Child’ won the fight in the sixth round thus maintaining his winning run. Perry was unbeaten in his last five fights in his BKFC career but failed to get past the challenge of Paul.

The former social media influencer will now take on boxing legend Mike Tyson in his next fight. Tyson, 58 pulled out of the fight after suffering from health issues. It seems he is now up for the challenge as he shared a motivational post on his X account. The fight is scheduled for November 15 and the former champion is all up for the challenge. However, the fans don’t quite want to see him fighting.

One of the biggest fears for most fans is the current form of Jake Paul. The 27-year-old dropped Perry three times during the fight. He landed 96 punches compared to Perry’s 33 and was fairly ahead in the fight with the score card going in his favor at 50-43, 49-44, 49-45.  Despite being fairly new to boxing Paul is taking giant steps in the sport. His latest victory against ‘Platinum’ proved that he not only has the speed but also has the power.  A devastating left hook is what it took to drop the BKFC fighter. Fans urge Mike Tyson to reconsider his decision of fighting Jake Paul next

Mike Tyson is without a doubt one of the most decorated boxers in the history of the sport. However, he is way past his prime at 58. His next fight is against Jake Paul who is fresh off a victory against Mike Perry. Paul looked in full control against Perry and his power was too much to handle for the 32-year-old. Tyson suffered some serious health conditions and eventually had to pull out of the fight. But the 58-year-old is determined to fight him despite the age difference. It seems the fans aren’t quite impressed about it as they shared their opinion on the whole.

One of the fans urged Tyson to reconsider his decision to fight a young gun and said, “You’re 60 and a legend. Avoid this nonsense Mike for everyone’s sake!!”

Considering his age Tyson might just find it tough against Jake Paul who is slowly gaining momentum in his career. As a result one fan said, “Please don’t do this. Is this how you want to be remembered? You’re are a legend either way, sir.”

‘Iron Mike’ is without a doubt one of the legends of the sport and one user urged him, “Don’t fight the fight Mike You have nothing to prove Jake has got the fresh hands.”

When the fight was announced previously most fans were worried because of the age gap. Now with Paul knocking out people consistently one fan commented, “Don’t do it” 

While Tyson was once the most feared boxer inside the ring he is way past his prime now and one user seemed concerned and commented, “U get koed and fast bud sorry hang it up”

The age difference between both the fighters is 30 years and one user reminded Tyson of that and commented, “Too old Mike give it away from Brisbane”

One of the users seemed a bit agitated with the decision of Tyson wanting to fight Paul at this age and commented, “Go to retirement home old man”

The fight is all set to take place on November 15 and the fans will have the opportunity to witness the legend Tyson once more.
