Ahead of his fight against Mike Tyson, YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul collaborated with Instagram influencer and realtor Trent Miller to showcase his $16 million luxurious mansion in Dorado, Puerto Rico. The Problem Child bought this back in 2023 and with all the redesign that Paul has done to the place, it is now valued at approximately $20 million. Paul has been living in his mansion for almost a year now and is loving his life. The Instagram video uploaded by Miller featured the whole house on a speed tour, sharing a look into the luxurious mansion.
According to several reports, Jake Paul purchased this house for $15.75 million and has invested almost $4 million in renovations and redesign. The house features mostly minimalistic shades of white in its decoration and is built over an acre of land. The house features several artworks, selected by El Gallo himself. Furthermore, the house also features a Muhammad Ali painting and several statues of different kinds. Jake Paul is a collector and has collected several amazing gadgets like an antique telescope, an amethyst crystal, and a giant chess set from St.Barts.

Moving towards Paul’s bedroom, it has one of the biggest beds in the world attached to his bathroom, which has a hydrogen bath machine. The office on the first floor is Paul’s favorite room, as it features several collectibles from his fight and his oil painting in the background. The mansion also includes an editing room, where 6-7 people edit vlogs and videos daily. According to Paul, on a busy day, they have to shoot and edit almost 12 hours’ worth of video.

The mansion also includes room for Jake Paul’s friend Brandon, his chef, and Jasper. As we move forward towards the closet, we can see “too many shoes,” in Jake Paul’s own words. The redesigned kitchen includes a new breakfast table and chandelier. But the real features of the house are in the backyard as Miller takes us towards the outhouse of the mansion.
Special features of the mansion
The backyard includes a sensational swimming pool area that includes a hot tub, a cold plunge, and a fireplace where Paul sits in peace. He has completely redesigned the pool area, and it took him around “1 million dollars,” to do it. The backyard also features a sauna from Redwood Outdoors and Jake Paul uses it frequently to cut weight during fights.

Is Jake Paul's $20 million mansion a testament to success or an example of excess?
Have an interesting take?
The outhouse of the back movie theatre area involves a snack bar, a cozy giant sofa, and two televisions. Paul and his friends usually watch all the fights here. The downstairs consists of a gaming area and the studio, which Jake Paul has not changed yet. While all of this is fantastic, the real show-stealer is the garage of the house where he flaunts his supercars collection. You can see the Ferrari 296 GTB and Ferrari SF90 Spider as soon as the garage door is open.
The other cars inside the garage are Dodge Ram 1000HP TRX and his favorites out of the collection are two Mini G Wagon golf carts. The property is the epitome of luxury and, with all the changes that Jake Paul has made; it has become even more spacious. Which feature of the house was your favorite? Let us know down below.
