The rivalry between Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield produced the most infamous fight in boxing history. When these classic hard hitters met in the rematch, blood was shed but it was not due to wounds inflicted by punches. Tyson bit off Holyfield’s ear in between rounds and it became the most lethal moment in the history of the sport.

The boxing world would never forget the infamous incident. Keeping this in mind, the duo has decided to build a business around this context. Both have joined hands to launch edibles dubbed as ‘Holy Ears.’
A senior front page editor Philip Lewis broke this news on Twitter. He wrote, “New: Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield have partnered up to create and deliver “Holy Ears,” edibles in the shape of an ear.”
He also shared Tyson and Holyfield’s picture sitting together with pretty cool sweaters, posing with the product. During the launch of the edibles, Tyson said, “If i was on cannabis, I wouldn’t have bit his ear.”

Tyson and Holyfield met twice in their career. But their rivalry become more famous after their bizarre rematch. Their first clash ended on Holyfield’s win which led to the talks for the second showdown.
In 1997, when they squared off in the ring at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, the boxing fans would have not expected it would end in the fashion, it actually ended.
Holyfield, who was on size advantage began frustrating Tyson with his dirty moves from the beginning. He was head butting, holding, and pushing an aggressive Tyson. The latter pointed it out but it made no difference, Holyfield kept on clinching.
Finally, Tyson lost his patience and in the heat of moment, he bit Holyfield’s ear. He did it twice and got disqualified from the fight. Later, Tyson faced heavy consequences for it.
