“If I have to get my arm chopped off the next day after beating in Ngannou, then I’ll have to do it. That’s it. I will do everything necessary to win on the night pulling, no punches. I want to inflict a lot of damage or a lot of pain on him and that’s what I’m looking at doing.” said Fury. The WBC Heavyweight champion losing to a debutant would not sit well with critics. So, Fury will be defending his status with everything he has.

The upcoming bout with Francis Ngannou serves as a warm-up for Fury, allowing him to shake off any ring rust and prepare for the faster, smaller Usyk.
