There was a reason why he was nicknamed The Baddest Man On the Planet. Tyson’s excellence in the ring made him a feared champion, with many proclaiming that there was no man alive who could beat him. However, Tyson once revealed who he himself feared the most.
Back in 2021, Tyson appeared on the Full Send podcast hosted by the Nelk brothers. Notably, they were discussing Tyson’s cameo in the Indian movie ‘Liger’. He explained that the title was based on the animal Liger, which is a cross between a male lion and a female tiger.
Co-host Bob Menery then asked Tyson if he could beat a liger in a fight. However, he did not get the response he would’ve expected. Tyson wisely stated that there was no chance of him beating a liger and that it was too fast for him. “No way. It’s gonna take two seconds for that thing to kill you. I ain’t that fast,” he said.
He then added that he would be dead before he could even try putting up a fight. “I’d be dead so quick I wouldn’t think about fighting. Before I thought about throwing a punch, I’d be dead,” he added.

He reportedly bought the tigers during his time in prison and lived with them in his Las Vegas mansion. Tyson spent more than $70,000 on each tiger, in addition to the $200,000 required for their care. Moreover, he dished out $125,000 to domesticate them.
However, Tyson had to give up his tigers because of the increasing cost of their care. He even admitted that it was not a great idea to keep three wild animals in his house, away from their natural habitats.
