The YouTuber, Jake Paul, is still basking in the glory of his sensational performance against Tyron Woodley on Dec 18, 2021. Recently, UFC welterweight contender, Jorge Masvidal, revealed his thoughts about a possible fight with Paul.

Masvidal was talking at the ‘Impaulsive‘ podcast hosted by Paul‘s brother, Logan Paul along with Mike Majlak and George Janko, the co-hosts for the show.

In conversation, Logan Paul asked Masvidal about his relationship with Jake Paul. Masvidal responded by giving an insight into his current rift with Paul.

He said, “Jake got upset when they asked me about Woodley, you know. Woodley’s my brother man, of course I’m going to f****** go for my boy Woodley all the time. It’s insane we’ve had our back and forth and stuff.”

Majlak added that Masvidal’s comments gave way to a lot of trash talk. He also asked Masvidal if there was a chance for a possible fight between him and Paul.

In response, Masvidal said, “Man I love money. I stated that earlier on you guys show. If it made me money, like a ton of it, why the f*** not, you know.”

He even added that the odds are in his favor by saying, “And no matter what, I feel like the chips are stacked on my side. Right because he just got into this like combat. However long he’s been doing it like five six years, I’ve been doing it since I was a kid.”

Masvidal finally added, “Chips are from my side, big money and I would bet on myself that I would win fight you know.”

The art of a perfect knockout with Jake Paul

The highlight of Paul’s fights has always been the stellar knockouts that he dishes out to his opponents.

He faced former Bellator and ONE welterweight champion Ben Askren at the Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia. Paul famously ended the fight with a TKO in the very first round.

However, one of Paul’s most memorable knockouts was against former UFC welterweight champion, Tyron Woodley. Paul silenced critics by downing Woodley with a sensational KO in the 6th round.
