The one-year ban imposed by the New York State Athletic Commission cannot stop Ryan Garcia from expressing his opinions on social media. Just yesterday, upset by the decision to turn his fight against Devin Haney into a no-contest, ‘KingRy’ criticized ‘The Dream’ with a freestyle on Kendrick Lamar’s ‘Not Like Us.’ Today, despite his suspension, the California boxer prayed to God for protection!
Ryan Garcia finds it difficult to accept that one of his most memorable victories was nullified due to a positive test for Ostarine. Additionally, Garcia, who intended to face Sebastian Fundora after the fight against Haney, feels a one-year ban on his career is unnecessary. Consequently, he expressed his frustration on social media.
“I’m under fire consumed by the enemies” read a post that Garcia shared on Instagram. Reiterating his faith in God, ‘KingRy’ added, “Although it feel like the weight of the world is on my shoulder I understand you protect me and you make everyone of my enemies my footstool.” Further, ‘KingRy’ disapproved of how the boxing world has been judging him.

“I am judged without no remorse as if I was God,” wrote Ryan Garcia with self-pity. “I am human but bc you sent your son you revived me I was headed surely for death,” he added. Just a few days back on June 20, Garcia took to his Twitter account to announce his official retirement.
Afterward, he emphasized that his retirement from boxing would only last 365 days after he was suspended for a year for testing positive for a banned drug on June 19th. “I’m retiring for a year. So they don’t get the [satisfaction] for suspending me cause it’s bull. I never took steroids in my life,” – Garcia further told TMZ Sports.
However, the boxer again took to X and accused someone associated with Zab Judah of contaminating his supplements with a banned substance.

Since testing positive for Ostarine, ‘KingRy’ and his team have maintained that the 25-year-old never “intentionally” consumed a performance-enhancing drug. To his knowledge, Garcia had only been taking “ashwagandha, D-3, Omega-3, just normal s**t.” So, he argued that his supplements were most probably “tainted“ and accountable for the failed test. Therefore, reiterating himself, Garcia shed light on Coach Scooter who provided the boxer with the supplements.
So scooter the one that gave me supplements, that were tainted
Was the guy who is the strength and conditioner for zab Judah
And he knew he was helping me lose weight the last day
And that’s how they all of a sudden knew I was going to test positive
SO SICK AND SAD
