During the conversation, Mike Tyson went on a long explanation to a fan’s question about picking the right friends that won’t get you in trouble, elucidating the current thought process that he tries to live by. With a hint of philosophical wisdom, Iron Mike, explained, “I’m learning too, just the other day I wanted to kick somebody in the head. I’m learning too. But you know it’s just that I didn’t do it you know. Everybody has the feeling but you have to overcome the feeling and not do it, and that’s when discipline comes in. I’m doing something that I hate being nice to a schmuck but I’m doing it like I love it even though I hate it.”

Though Tyson infused humor into his words, he acknowledges learning to control and overcome impulses. ‘Iron’ emphasized the significance of discipline in refraining from acting on negative emotions. He acknowledged the role discipline plays in acting on the right impulses instead of the wrong ones.

“It’s all about changing your day if you don’t like what’s going on in this room, sweep and mop the room. You know it’s real. If you don’t like it, do something about it, make this room happy,” declared Tyson. Positive change and being nice to others is something that Mike Tyson is currently trying to live by. It’s a testament to the evolution of a man who has learned to navigate the turbulent waters of fame, criticism, and self-discovery. However, it’s not that easy always. This is evident from his recent case of celebrity baiting.
