Jake Paul doesn’t want to rest on his laurels! His fight with Mike Tyson has been rescheduled to November, and in the meantime, he wants to keep himself busy. Enter, Mike Perry, the BKFC star. They will be throwing fists at each other on July 20th in Tampa Florida. The dotted line has been signed, it’s official! “I fear no man, anytime, anywhere, anyplace” Paul boldly declared on Instagram. As things stand, Jake Paul will be fighting twice this year – Perry in July and Tyson in November. One thing is for sure, he doesn’t want to stay out of the limelight.
As the fight progresses into the publicity stage, it is a foregone conclusion that ‘The Problem Child’ will leave no stone unturned to ramp up the interest in the fight. Being a marketing genius, he knows what buttons to push to attract eyeballs. But this time, it might have gotten too far. Talks of “entanglement” and “reach-around” made the airwaves as Paul and Perry kicked off the trash talk at The MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani. Warning! The conversation between the two combat specialists might give you the ick.

The interaction started with Mike Perry mouthing off fighting words. “I won’t get out of your face and there is nothing you can do about it. I will be there all night long. You are going to get married to my fist,” the fighter warned. But Jake Paul took Perry’s words out of context and shifted the tone of the conversation. “Get all up in there bro. Yes, yes I do. I want to be married.”
Just when you thought the conversation couldn’t get any worse, Jake Paul hit Perry with, “I want to be entangled with you forever. I will hit you with a little reach-around brother if you want that.”

Perry looked flabbergasted by the sexual undertone of the conversation. But, he tried to play along anyway! “Yeah, yeah, I like that!”
Meanwhile, Paul wasn’t going to dial down on the weirdness just yet. “I am ready to go all the way. You say your hands are bi-se*ual, my hands are all type of s*xual. Trise*ual, bise*ual, ase*ual, panse*ual.” And then came the bolt out of the blue, “I will kinda like it if you put your mouth to my mouth.”
Knowing that putting a stop to Jake Paul’s trash talk is a lost cause, Perry simply replied, “We already signed the papers man! It is already written.”
It seems sexual tension is the overarching theme of the battle that is going to ensue on July 20. Will the public stick around for it? Well, judging by Paul’s previous PPV track record, they might!
Setting aside sexual trash talk, the fight might turn out to be a bit of a mismatch. Although Perry has an undefeated record when the gloves are off, his professional record in boxing is 0-1. And that too, his debut ended in a knockout. Meanwhile, Jake Paul is 9-1 with six knockouts on his record. ‘The Problem Child’ has never been knocked down in his career so far, and his only loss came against Tommy Fury via SD.
As the recent fight announcement continues to draw interest from the combat world, former UFC heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier has expressed concern about the frequency of Jake Paul’s fights
Can you handle the heat, Paul?

Right after the Mike Perry fight, Jake will head into a mega-blockbuster event against Mike Tyson. Is this overconfidence on his behalf? Does Paul think that the Tyson fight will be a doddle? Jake will be fighting Tyson in around four month’s time from his Mike Perry bout.
Raising similar issues, Cormier said, ““We get news that Jake is fighting with Mike Perry on July 20th. So six weeks, they’re gonna fight very soon. He’s gonna turn around and fight Mike Tyson again in the fall, it’s fast. Does he just anticipate he will take no damage against Mike Perry? November 15 is the date for Paul vs Tyson at AT&T stadium. Now he’s gonna fight July 20th and November 15th.”
