It’s been nearly two years since the world learned of Tyson 2.0. The brand has reportedly expanded its award-winning cannabis line and accessories to over 100,000 retail stores in 17 countries. Last year, Carma HoldCo, the umbrella company that manages Ric Flair Drip besides Tyson 2.0, reported a combined revenue of $50 million. Per a November 2022 report, it is expected to triple up to $160 million this year.
Speaking about the growth, in an exclusive interview with ESFancast, Adam Wilks, the CEO of Carma HoldCo, shared that the earnings exceeded expectations! Earlier, he shared how it all started and his relationships with the icons of Mike Tyson, Ric Flair, and Hulk Hogan. Later, when asked, he shed some light on partnerships with other big names.

So, EssentiallySports reporter Noah Lack touched base with impending competition from other entrants on the platform, such as Snoop Dog‘s ‘Leafs’ and Logan Paul–KSI‘s Prime Hydration. Adam Wilks added, “I think, I got to say, I think what they’re both doing; I like them both as people, individuals, and incredible businessmen. Logan has done an amazing job with Prime. I got to give, you know, hats off to Logan on that one. Snoop is, you know…Snoop… He’s… He’s Snoop Dogg. I mean, I mean……love them for that…..”
Then they discussed ‘Holy Ears,’ and Wilks shared how Tyson’s better half brought up the idea for the product based on a 26-year-old ring rivalry that subsequently changed to friendship. Lakiha’ Kiki’ Spicer suggested it to him and Chad Bronstein, the co-founder and president of Tyson 2.0.
So, a few minutes later, Lack also checked for tie-ups with other competitors. Mentioning Jay-Z and Whiz Khalifa. He asked,”…Mike Tyson has a good relationship with all of them; you know….can we expect any future partnerships with Wiz Khalifa or Jay-Z?”

Adam Wilks replied, “I’am super close with Whiz’s team. Love the guys again over there. Who knows what the future brings right now? We’re focused on, you know…continuing expansion, additional states, there are only a couple left, there are a few more countries we’d like to tap into, and then continuing to expand on our no-plant-touching products, like the accessories, merchandise, tobacco products……yeah, continuing to grow with what we have here for our four brands…”
So the discussion started with EssentiallySports reporter Noah Lack asking for the initial impetus. How did it all begin? Then, he also requested Wilks share some of his earliest memories involving Tyson, Flair, and Hogan. The Carma HoldCo CEO took the host through their memorable journey and subsequently shared details about the business tour with the youngest Heavyweight champion across Europe.
