Tyson Fury has predicted the outcome of the potential bout between Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder. At a recent press conference in Tenerife at Siam Park, speaking to Matt Lenihan from BoxingSocial, ‘The Gypsy King’ honestly expressed what he felt would happen. While highlighting the fact he beat “The Bronze Bomber’ thrice, Tyson Fury spoke in favor of the American heavyweight.
Recently, speaking about the potential bout against Wilder, Joshua’s promoter Eddie Hearn remarked on ‘AJ’ knowing “how dangerous Deontay Wilder is“. However, Hearn was also of the view that Joshua will still “love it“. While Hearn advised and hoped ‘AJ’ would “chin” Wilder in their potential fight, Fury predicted the exact opposite.

In Eddie Hearn’s opinion, Joshua cannot fight the likes of Jermaine Franklin for the rest of his career. However, to fight Wilder, in Hearn’s view, ‘AJ’ would also need a “specific style“. According to Hearn, if Joshua faced Wilder in the ring, he would have to box his “head off“. While Hearn highlighted the need for Joshua to chin Wilder in their potential fight, Tyson Fury assured Wilder would KO Joshua in the ring.

On being asked about the potential result of Wilder vs. ‘AJ’, ‘The Gypsy King’ said, “Do you need me to answer that? I think we all know what happens.” Fury, who is struggling to find his next opponent, remained brutally honest with his statement. Although he would love to see Joshua win, ‘The Gypsy King’ admitted that Wilder would chin ‘AJ’ in their fight. “I’d love for AJ to knock him out because Wilder’s a little bitch, he’s a p***y. But, I just see him [Joshua] getting chinned, to be honest,” said Tyson Fury.
