The world is not alien to the fact that ‘The Gypsy King’ Fury is a profoundly devoted family man. The WBC Heavyweight champion on multiple occasions has been loud and proud about his wife and 7 kids. With such grounded love for his family, one would imagine that his battalion of kids would be by the ringside. They would want to push their father to victory through spirits.

Elaborating on why the fighter has taken a conscious decision to keep his kids away from the ring, the Gypsy King said, “I just don’t want them to see their dad get punched or hurt. You know what I mean it’s not something children should experience.” However, the fighter did also say that his eldest son, Prince Fury might make it to the fight. He said, “I’m going out here to do a job and get out of there. You know I’m not going out there to play games or whatever and I’m sure prince will want to come, my oldest boy because that’s what he wants to do. And I might let him, but I won’t let the little kids come.”

Fury’s Netflix Story Overwhelmed the Fighter

The fighter has never shied away from being candid about the bond he shares with his family. In a majority of his media interactions and conversations, Fury has maintained one overarching theme: his time with his family.

To serve this need of his fans, the fighter signed a deal with Netflix for a nine-part reality docu-show. The show would outline the Fury family’s daily life amidst his busy boxing career and a very opulent lifestyle. But at some point, even the fighter might have gotten tired of continuously being on camera.

Recently, the fighter candidly discussed how overwhelmed he was at one point given the constant camera glare at him. He said, “I wanted to get rid of the filming. I couldn’t take it anymore, it was overwhelming.” However, once a commitment is made, the fighter sticks to it. He further added, “I tried to pay my way out of it, but I couldn’t, so we got through it.”
