Vasyl Lomachenko is one of the most versatile boxers in the world. The Ukrainian boxer has held numerous world titles in three weight divisions. The 35-year-old will enter the ring against Devin Haney to get a shot at the world lightweight titles. But, ahead of this fight, Lomachenko discussed cruising through weight divisions. And, it seemed that the former champion had a witty opinion on shifting weight divisions now. He has dominated three weight divisions. And the fans would like to see him make his place in more weight divisions.

In a recent interview, Lomachenko discussed his weight divisions and even joked about fighting two of the best heavyweights in the world.

In an Instagram clip of Lomachenko’s interview, the 35-year-old talked about shifting weight divisions and said, “I can’t to 140. After that, you ask me to fight Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk.” The Ukrainian was joyful and further discussed making it into different weight divisions.

When asked about going low in the weight classes. Further, specifically to the 126 division,  ‘HI-Tech’ had a witty answer, and he said, “I forget how to make weight, so I need to try to make 126.”

Loma further talked about the thrill of fighting boxers who are close to his weight. He said, “It’s always interesting to fight fighters who are close to our weight loss.’  Recently, an old photo of Lomachenko with none other than ‘Rocky’ star Sylvester Stallone caused a stir among his fans on social media.

Further, the interviewer asked Loma if he had seen Devin Haney fight and his skills. To which he responded, “Yes, He has power, and he’s a tough fighter. He’s the world champion.”

He further lauded Haney for his respect and understanding of the sport. He said, “It’s always interesting to watch fighters who have lots of respect and understand the sport.”

Lomachenko is back for the undisputed titles

Vasyl Lomachenko has established himself as a skillful boxer in the sport. He held numerous titles throughout three weight classes. And, even though he held the unified and lineal lightweight titles, it seems like he is back for more. Lomachenko and Haney will clash inside the ring on May 20 with Haney’s undisputed titles on the line.

This fight is one of the most anticipated fights in the boxing world. And the two recently had their first face-off ahead of the fight.
