Joshua is preparing for a December showdown with Wilder in Saudi Arabia as part of a three-fight plan that will return him to the top of his division. He believes that his fight with Wilder is 95% certain to be delivered.

Joshua spoke about the money aspect of the fight and how some boxers sell themselves for it. He said, “I have experienced losing, winning is the only thing. I don’t care about what people say about the performance, I don’t care about what they say about this or that, the winning is what is important.”

He believes the money will always be there for the fight, but it depends on how much of it you want. ‘AJ’ said that it shouldn’t have taken a big offer to get the fight over the line. He added that it is not about the right deal, it is about the willingness to fight. Joshua said, “I respect what he has done and what he has done in this division. It is hard to become a champion, and he did it, so I have to respect that”. He respects Wilder, acknowledging what he has done in the division, and said that fighting him would make him raise his game.

Deontay Wilder, the former WBC heavyweight champion, is confident that he will knock out Anthony Joshua in their upcoming fight in Saudi Arabia this December.
