Mike Tyson responds to a peculiar question

The conversation started when Brown shared his peculiar quirk. He said that if a girl loved him she should get a face tattoo for him. However, as that discussion was about to conclude, Whoo Kid posed a question for ‘Kid Dynamite.’ He said, “Would you respect me if I got the same tattoo as you?”

To his question, ‘The Baddest Man on the Planet’ had a blatant answer. He said, “I think I would hit you with a bat.” Moreover, he also explained the reason behind his outburst. Mike said, “When I see somebody with a tattoo my mom said that that humbles me. I see my tattoos in my face and it pisses me off. It shuts my ego down. I can’t think I’m the flyest ever, and I see that for you. You ain’t anything special, people respect you, you know you ain’t nobody special, you have bad habits too.” Indeed, Tyson is attached to his tattoo. Moreover, it has an intriguing meaning to it as well!

What does Tyson’s face tattoo stand for?

Mike Tyson got his famous face tattoo in 2003. He had just won his 50th fight against Clifford Etienne. The tattoo takes inspiration from New Zealand’s Maori tribe. It covers Tyson’s left face and features tribal symbols. Tyson says the tattoo symbolizes strength, courage, and resilience. In a 2012 interview, he shared an interesting backstory. He initially wanted a heart design. His tattoo artist, Victor Perez, advised against it. Perez suggested waiting for a couple of days. He then presented Tyson with a tribal design. Tyson liked it and went for it.

He also has a tattoo of his ex-wife, Monica Turner on his left forearm. They married in 1997 and separated in 2003. Turner filed for divorce in 2002, accusing Tyson of adultery. Tyson also sports a tattoo of tennis champion Arthur Ashe on his right shoulder.
