Olajide Olayinka Williams “JJ” Olatunji, better known by the moniker KSI, and his boxing promotion, Misfits Boxing, has become the face of influencer boxing. It can even be argued that the interesting matchups in the Misfits boxing series have often garnered more interest than professional boxing matches. KSI himself was recently seen in a sensational showdown against YouTuber FaZe Temperrr. Meanwhile, Misfits Boxing recently announced a rather intriguing matchup of sorts. And revealed that they planned to shadow WWE and have a tag team-style boxing match. Fans, on the other hand, did not seem too happy with this idea.
Misfits Boxing 005 is set to take place on March 4, 2022, at the Telford International Centre. And it looks like KSI and his team have planned something truly unique for fans. It was revealed that YouTuber and prankster, Jay Swingler will face fellow YouTuber, NichLmao, in the main card for the event, as per YTBoxRec.

While there are a few other interesting matchups in the card, what caught the eye of fans was the tag team fight. Cult icon and boxer Luis Alcaraz Pineda will team up with YouTuber BDave. And face social media personalities, Austin Sprinz and Stromedy. It is worth noting that this is, in fact, reminiscent of WWE’s iconic tag team style of events.
