Devin Haney and Ryan Garcia have an epic clash ahead of them! Meanwhile, Haney’s former opponent, Jorge Linares, thinks Garcia will face some challenges in securing the win. Speaking to Linares, who fought Haney in April 2021, the reporter from Fight Hype questioned the Venezuela native about his former opponent’s upcoming fight. In response, Linares highlighted, “I think he made the best decision in his life [by moving] to 140.” Moreover, when the reporter questioned Linares whether Haney had gotten better since he fought Haney, the former world champion had a lot to say.

It’s worth mentioning that during Haney and Linares’ fight, the latter had managed to test Haney’s chin and wobbled him. So, answering the reporter, Linares said, “I think he [has a] good chin. [At] that moment with me, [he got wobbled] because he [lost] too much weight.” However, now that Haney is competing in the 140-pound division, Linares thinks things are different.
