Things might get even get worse for Benn as he could now face a possible ban of four years. The UK Anti-Doping agency, or UKAD, has now issued an investigation where it will collect the sample provided to VADA and conduct its own tests. Moreover, with clomifene being banned from the World Anti-Doping Agency list, Benn could be hit with a band of up to four years. ‘
However, Benn has remained firm on his stance that he is a ‘clean’ athlete, despite the evidence pointing to the contrary. Eddie Hearn has also challenged the verdict by the BBBoC claiming that VADA is not the official testing agency in the UK. This was not all, as fans also shared their opinion on the Benn’s failed drug test.

Connor Benn has no excuses to have female fertility drug clomifene in his system. He’s either trying to get pregnant or trying to mask other harmful drugs in his system. This fight CAN NOT go ahead! https://t.co/OjiVcNeLJh pic.twitter.com/bQ79P19uPK

One fan called out Hearn for his comments on Benn failing a drug test from another agency. According to the fan, this seemed ridiculous and made no sense to him.
This makes @EddieHearn comments that Connor Benn failing drug tests for taking a female fertility drug is ok because it was with a different testing agency sound ridiculous https://t.co/TeG99ylrCx

Another fan wondered how Benn ingested a drug made for pregnant women unintentionally. He claimed that the only way this could happen was if he got the drug in his system off of his pregnant wife.
What is going on how is Connor Benn tested positive for a pregnancy drug not unless his misses is using it and he’s somehow got in his system off of her

One fan wondered how the fight could go on if the BBBoC barred it and also whether if Benn was ‘ovulating’.
How can they fight if the BBBofC say it's prohibited? And Connor Benn is ovulating.

Lastly, one fan stated that he could understand why people were sympathizing with Benn. However, he added that Benn must face the consequences of his actions and must face the penalty.
It’s understandable that people may sympathise with Conor’s situation BUT he must face the full force of his unacceptable actions! He is not riding a bike or kicking a ball he’s in a sport where you smash your opponent in the face with small gloves on! We all know the dangers ⚠️

In a sport like boxing where the lives of the athletes are always at risk, the use of performance-enhancing drugs needs to be mitigated for the good of the sport. Unlike other sports, boxing involves physically damaging your opponent until the fight is over. This naturally increases the risk of getting hurt significantly than other sports. If this is coupled by PEDs, boxers could very well lose their lives in the ring.
