As his highly anticipated boxing debut approaches this Saturday, Danis grappled with issues unrelated to the sport. It casts a shadow over his moment in the spotlight.

At the heart of the discussion lies a $150,000 lawsuit filed against Danis by Nina Agdal, the fiancée of influencer boxer Logan Paul. The lawsuit stated that Danis violated Agdal’s privacy, defamed her, and posted explicitly private pictures of her on his social media. Known for his provocative online presence, Danis confronted the accolade he received as a troller. He dished out details in an interview with Radio Rahim from SecondsOut.

While the adage “all is fair in love and war” has often been applied liberally in the realm of combat sports promotion, the delineation between trolling and harassment becomes alarmingly thin. Danis found himself under intense scrutiny due to allegations related to “Revenge P*rn.”

However, Danis remains steadfast in his claims that he did no such thing. They’re talking about him suing too like you don’t fight I mean you don’t sue. Fighting like that’s just one rule a Fight Club you know so obviously he’s not a real fighter.” He confidently adds, “When I break his jaw on Saturday he’s going to go back to the fake sh*t”

Amidst the controversy, Danis defended his approach, arguing that his outspoken nature targets individuals he deems deserving of scrutiny. ” it would only work with him because he’s a scumbag.” he added. “And she’s whatever… I’m saying is true obviously because I get who. For so obviously. It’s true so it wouldn’t work if it was like some really, like a nice guy with like a nice family.” Danis proceeded to point out how the trolling was made a much bigger deal than it was meant to be.

However, an ethical dilemma arises when these attacks extend beyond professional boundaries. It encroaches upon the personal lives of opponents and their families. Danis’ case, is intertwined with the lawsuit filed by Agdal.

Delving deeper into the discussion, Danis drew parallels between his approach and the tactics employed by legendary figures like Ric Flair. However, the interview raises critical questions about the limits of such narratives, especially when they involve real-life individuals and their personal relationships.

Reports circulated in the boxing community that Paul even issued a legal notice, potentially jeopardizing their upcoming bout. In response, Danis defended his actions, claiming the images were already public, justifying his right to repost them on Twitter.

Defiant, Danis challenged Paul to settle their feud in the ring, tweeting, “Everything’s public, my g. Not my fault your girl ran through. You got a problem? Handle it. October 14th, live on pay-per-view.
