Tyson Fury has proved us once again that he is not only the smartest boxer in the ring but outside the ring as well.
A few days ago, the “Gypsy King” picked up one of the biggest wins of his career against Deontay Wilder. He stopped Wilder in the seventh round via a TKO. Fury brutalized Wilder from bell to bell while landing some of the most devastating punches on him. By the end of the fight, Wilder was a bloody mess.
Although Fury had Wilder hurt on multiple occasions, he did not rush in wildly. The Brit picked his shots and made Wilder pay every time he missed. Fury systematically dismantled the former champion while displaying his high fight IQ.

Tyson Fury refuses a bottle of water from the audience
During the post-fight press conference, Tyson Fury displayed his smartness when he was offered a bottle of water by someone in the audience. Fury was quick enough to ask where the bottle came from. When Andy Lee pointed out to the person in the audience, Fury quickly rejected to drink it.

So why did Fury reject the water? Fans suggest that it was due to the fear of being spiked. They might be right on this one.
If Fury tests positive for any banned substance, it will jeopardize his win over Wilder. The fight can be overturned to a no-contest and Fury can lose his belt. However, this was not the only time Fury took such a decision.
Fury made a similar decision in 2015 after his win over Vladimir Klitschko.

Fury said that he went home dehydrated as he was scared to touch anything that was not a part of his baggage.
“I was so frightened of being drug tested and failing the drugs test.”
