Only a mere ten days remain in the battle between the YouTuber and the professional boxer. However, KSI and Tommy Fury can’t stop making the headlines for one reason or the other. But this time, the chatter isn’t about KSI’s fight against Tommy. KSI has grabbed the attention for a whole different reason. What’s that? KSI recently claimed he could beat the one and only Ryan Garcia, and fans can’t take him seriously.

Recently, a user shared a clip from DAZN’s new YouTube video featuring Anthony Joshua and KSI. The two boxers were playing a game of Cap or No Cap, where the two boxers would guess if a statement was correct or false. One of the statements revolved around KSI potentially squaring off against Ryan, and KSI approved its validity. Astonishingly, even Joshua advocated for KSI’s assertion. However, when the clip started making rounds on X, it sent shockwaves through Twitterverse. It triggered waves of mockery and disapproval targeted at KSI’s claim.

In the clip in question, the host brought up the statement, “KSI can go the distance with Ryan Garcia.” Immediately, KSI removed his cap, insinuating the statement was true. Subsequently, ‘AJ’ jumped in with support after KSI started hesitating, asserting, “You know what. Believe in yourself.” KSI followed the claim, saying, “It would be a good fight.”

KSI mentioned that he was way above the weight to qualify for the fight against Ryan. He added, “Obviously, he [Ryan Garcia] is going to think he can destroy me.” However, once the boxing world got hold of the clip, harsh opinions and ridicule filled the comments section.

One user confidently stated that influencer boxers don’t genuinely believe they can outmatch pro boxers. But they like to promote themselves. The user even questioned the authenticity of the feud between Dillon Danis and Logan Paul. It’s worth mentioning that if the feud between Dillon and Logan were fake, the lawsuit from Logan’s fiance would also have to be brought into question.

Another user highlighted the fact that KSI has not fought in a fight with more than six rounds. So, the user questioned what makes him believe he can fight in a twelve-round bout against Ryan. While the assertion from the user is accurate, there was a time when KSI had not fought in a boxing match at all.

While other users disapproved of KSI’s claim about Ryan, this user asserted he can’t even beat Jake Paul. It’s worth mentioning that this opinion is common in the boxing community. Also, there is no fight between KSI and Jake on the horizon to disprove it either.

However, one user seemed to think KSI was about to say “No” to the statement. But ‘AJ’ interrupted and pushed him to back himself. However, the fact is KSI had already removed his cap, implying his agreement with the statement.
