“He Looks Massive”: Fans React as Oleksandr Usyk Dances While Training With Jacked Physique for Tyson Fury Fight

The heavyweight division is on fire, producing banger after banger in recent months. And the biggest fight of the last few decades is just a jump and a skip away. The mighty Tyson Fury will take on the undefeated Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk in Kingdom Arena, Saudi Arabia, on May 18. However, a clip of ‘The Cat’ prancing around in the ring has astonished the boxing world ahead of their clash. 

The fight will produce the first undisputed heavyweight champion since Lennox Lewis in 1999. So, it already has a lot of hype behind it. However, when talkSPORT editor Michael Benson shared the clip of Usyk today on social media, the excitement among fans quadrupled. Here’s what happened in the clip.

Turning to X (formerly Twitter), Benson shared the now-viral clip of Usyk with the caption reading, “Oleksandr Usyk enjoying training for the Tyson Fury fight on May 18th…” Meanwhile, in the clip, Usyk can be seen grooving to a song playing in the background as his trainer waits for him to finish his moves.

Usyk is coming off a fantastic win over Daniel Dubois in August last year and a couple of dominant victories over Anthony Joshua prior to that. So, there’s quite the commotion about him becoming the next undisputed champion. It was, however, his chiseled physique in the clip that caught everyone’s attention. 

Fans think Tyson Fury might be in trouble

The fight between Fury and Usyk has been a long time in the making, so it shouldn’t be a surprise that Benson’s tweet saw hundreds of fans expressing their thoughts. One user suggested Usyk looked way bigger than before, but the user seems to think the fight might not happen because Fury will pull out. It’s worth noting that Fury has backed out from the fight before, and more recently, the fight was postponed because Fury suffered a surprise cut over his eye. 

The next user claimed Oleksandr Usyk looked like a beast with his weight gain for the upcoming fight. Even still, Fury is much taller than Usyk, so only the actual fight will determine if the weight gain was of any help for Usyk. 

Another user commented on Usyk’s moves in the clip, claiming he looked like a dancing grape. It might be because of Usyk’s all-purple attire in the clip. 

Meanwhile, someone else thought Usyk was overconfident and was overlooking Tyson Fury, who always finds a way to win his fights. 

Contrary to the previous user, this user thinks Usyk was dancing because he can see a win against Fury. It’s worth mentioning that this opinion has become much more popular after Francis Ngannou’s recent loss against Anthony Joshua. 

With more than a month left in his clash with Tyson Fury, Oleksandr Usyk seems confident about the fight. Something that has delighted his fans, evident from the comments on the tweet.
