“He Got Screwed”: Amid Adidas’ Reported $540,000,000 Loss Over Kanye West Split, Mike Tyson’s Wife Remains Brutally Honest About Rapper’s Past Debacle

In the month of October last year, many significant brands cut their ties with the famous American rapper and producer, Kanye West. Among those brands was Adidas, who put an end to their partnership on October 25, 2022, because of his anti-semitic statements on his social media handles and in some interviews as well. Well, since then, Adidas has been facing significant losses as they’re unable to repurpose the Yeezy products they have in stock. This led them to a loss of $540 million at the end of the last year. Major companies boycotted Kanye West during this time.

A lot of people talked about Kanye’s situation. Even the former boxing champion, Adrien Broner, talked about the whole situation, shedding light on the rapper’s past comments.

Mike Tyson‘s wife, Lakiha Spicer, also addressed the situation ongoing with the rapper during her conversation with the famous author, Grant Cardone. So, recently Mike Tyson, his wife, and Cardone got together to discuss some important business deals in the future. Cardone’s YouTube Channel recorded and posted it.

The video entails Grant Cardone showing Tyson around his workplace, and talking about all the investing companies associated with his business. Then he also talked about how investors are the most important assets in any business, even more than the employees.

A lot of employees may leave their job if they get a better offer. But investors are there to stay forever. They get attached when they’re getting money every month, according to Cardone. He also told Tyson that this helps him the most, as in the end, many giant banks like Bank of America, or JP Morgan, may turn their backs on him. But his investors would never do that.

“Bank of America is not gonna help them. You can’t get a meeting with Goldman Sachs. I mean, uh, Kanye got his money turned back from JP Morgan. They said we don’t want your account,” Cardone said. Tyson’s wife, Lakiha Spicer, agreed and said, “Yeah, he got screwed.”

Amidst all the controversies, even West’s bank, JP Morgan Chase, stepped back from helping him. They gave him the notice that they were closing his account and cannot move further with his business.

The banks also rejected West

On October 13, 2022, the right-wing commentator, Candace Owens, made a tweet informing the world that the American rapper has also been cut off by the American multinational financial services company, JP Morgan Chase. She also posted a letter sent by the bank which told the rapper to “find another place for the Yeezy empire to bank.”

This is what Grant Cardone was talking about while conversing with Tyson and his wife, where he saw how the major companies treated West. And he knew that nobody was permanent except his own investors.
