In the show, Ben-David shared how he’s lived his childhood amidst the war struggles, and has seen a lot of destruction. For that reason, he’s developed a certain anger towards the world, and he also shared a report from Statista, that talks about how Armenian people are the third-most angry people around the globe. He said, “I’m half-Armenian, the other half is Assyrian, we lost our country. So we’re double p**sed off at the world.

Then he asked the former boxing champion, what if something happens that triggers him, how does he stop himself from acting on it? Tyson preached, “So when I was younger, I only had responsibility for myself. Now I have my family, I have my grandkids or what I don’t have them yet. I have too many people to be responsible for.” So, Tyson thinks about the consequences and understands that he’s more to lose now than ever.

Tyson also revealed how he behaved when he was young. He said, “And one time I was so ignorant, somebody look at me, I’d be aggressive.” He admitted to not understanding “the concept of behavior.” Moreover, he also understood the source of his violence a year ago, and he revealed it to the public.

In an episode of Hotboxin’ with Mike Tyson, he suggested that it is his underlying fear that fuels his propensity for violence. He stated that he’s afraid of everything, and that is the reason it has become a part of his instinct to always remain on the offensive.

Tyson said, “I am so scared that I am so violent and I can’t control my violence. I’m scared.” Later on, he also talked more about his thinking, he added, “All I know how to do is attack, I feel that way. They could never believe that I hate myself.” Tyson has always talked about his psyche and his thoughts in a great deal since the time of his retirement.
