“Golden Boy Is a Joke” Fans Outrage Amid Controversy as Ryan Garcia Is Sued for Breach of Contract

The signs of them falling apart were already apparent ever since Oscar De La Hoya failed to attend the post-fight conference after Ryan Garcia vs Gervonta Davis. Although De La Hoya claimed the reason to be a threat to his life, this definitely left an unbridgeable rift between their relationships that will be hard to mend. And now with Golden Boy Promotions’ most recent move, it seems nigh impossible for the two parties to come to terms.

‘The Golden Boy’ has sued ‘KingRY’ after he recently sent a letter alleging contract violations which would indicate that the deal he signed with them is invalid. Golden Boy Promotions have made it clear that they desire to work with Garcia. However, Garcia‘s attorney has berated Golden Boy’s move. He claimed that instead of addressing the issue “Golden Boy rushed to court”. This move is being widely criticized by boxing enthusiasts all over the world. Many have expressed their dissatisfaction over De La Hoya. There were also a lot of fans who connected the current situation with the time Canelo Alvarez left the promotion.

Fans of the boxing world were left disappointed and frustrated as Golden Boy Promotion found itself in hot water due to a contract dispute with rising star Ryan Garcia. The promotion company, known for its history of controversies, now faces the ire of fans who believe its reputation has taken yet another hit.
