Today, I did my Strength & Conditioning, including 1hr of Running and focused sets of Deadlifts, Squats, and Bench Pressing.”

As the fight approaches, Amanda Serrano strategically reduces poundage to prevent injuries. “I’ll stay with these numbers 185lbs on Deadlifts & Squats & 135lbs on Bench Presses till 2 weeks b4 the fight where we cut weights out all together,” she disclosed.
